We are contracted with most major insurances, and our providers are on different insurance panels based on their areas of service, licensure status and credentialing, and other factors.
Fees for Everett Christian Counseling LLC are listed below, and do not necessarily represent copayments in accordance with the fee structure established by the insurance provider, which is being utilized for the payment of counseling services. Please check your insurance coverage for out-of-pocket expenses, such as deductibles and copayments, whenever applicable.
Initial Assessment/Intake, including administrative intake/billing fees, report writing and EHR recording, is $210.00, with subsequent sessions charged according to the fee schedule below. Counseling session length is calculated from the scheduled start time. I encourage clients to come to their scheduled appointment, even if a little late, if they can complete at least ¾ of the session. Appointments beyond 15 min late are cancelled and subject to applicable missed appointment fees listed below. All appointments will end at the scheduled time regardless of when they begin. A typical session runs 53 minutes. However, session times can be adjusted based on the type of insurance or to help control costs, if paying out of pocket. Each fee provides both time for counseling as well as documentation. Altogether, the session is billed for 60 minutes, 45 min or 30 min. Times and self-pay rates are as follows:
Length
1 hour (53 min face to face)
¾ hour (38 min face to face)
½ hour (23 min face to face)
Self-Pay
$180
$140
$100
No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees: $90 (1/2 of the full hour session fee) for Late Cancellation and $180 (full session fee) for No Show/No Call. If you are unable to attend therapy, you must contact your provider at least 24 hours before your session. Otherwise, you may be subject to fees outlined in your fee agreement. Less than 24 hours notice may result in the fees outlined in this agreement and this is at the discretion of the Provider. Insurance does not cover these fees. After three missed appointments within a short period of time, your case may be closed.
Payment Methods: Everett Christian Counseling requires that you keep a valid credit or debit card on file. This card will be charged for the amount due at the time of service and for any fees you may accrue unless other arrangements have been made with the practice/Provider ahead of time. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date, including providing new information if the card information changes or the account has insufficient funds to cover these charges.
